Description: Young patient with breast cancer (previous saline implants) who underwent rightt nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) with sentinal node biopsy (SNB), opposite total mastectomy, and and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction. Her result was obtained using 410 (Gummy Bear) implants, ADM, and fat grafting. Incision on left chest was for port placement for chemotherapy
